Description: Join our team as a software account manager
and help us match our Easy solutions to the customers who
need them. The successful candidate will have previous, recent experience
working in a tele-sales (not tele-marketing) environment. Job
entails approximately 80% of the time spent using the telephone to
solicit sales opportunities and manage customer relationships. The
remaining 20% will include field sales visits and trade show
participation. You must be a self-motivated individual who
enjoys working independently. You must have excellent written and
verbal skills, and understand the overall sales process. Competency
with a PC using Windows important. Knowledge of the mainframe
industry a large plus, but not required.

This position requires a minimum of 5 recent years of zOS or OS/390
technical systems experience, including all facets of zOS-OS/390
planning and implementation experience. You should be capable to
work in a multi-customer environment, with different complements of
3rd party software. You should be proficient working with TSO, ISPF,
RACF or Top Secret. Problem determination and performance tuning
experience a definite plus. Must be able to work in remote settings
via telephone or remote access. The successful candidate for this
position will have experience and knowledge working in a consulting
capacity, and be comfortable with dealing directly with customers in
a support position. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Competency with a PC using Windows important. Working out of our
Dallas, Texas headquarters a plus, but relocation is not required.
